The junkyard dog is a canine pet found in the company of a trader named Gene, traveling in the Commonwealth in 2287. The appear during a random encounter in Fallout 4. They can also be caught in a dog cage in the add-onWasteland Workshop.

The junkyard dog appears to be a Rottweiler which can be bought from Gene, its current master. It was bred by and raised by Gene, and is potentially for sale to someone who he deems acceptable. Gene is extremely loath to sell it but if the Sole Survivor can pass a Charisma check of six or higher he can be persuaded to, painfully, let it go for 250 caps.
In the add-onWasteland Workshop, the junk yard dog can also be caught in a dog cage.

Junkyard dog - black version
It’s been just over a week since Bethesda released the magnificent Fallout 4, which naturally means we’ve already seen a whole slew of modifications released for the game. But the question on many people’s lips is, of course, where are all the nude mods – and how can I get my hands on them?
Well, for the benefit of those who think the Wasteland would benefit from a little nudity, here are nine of the best Fallout 4 mods available right now and where to find them. Suffice to say, many aren’t suitable for work, but I’ve helpfully edited out all the pink bits from the article’s images, like some kind of power-crazed Instagram moderator.
If you’d like to check out some more nude mods for other games, I wholeheartedly recommend having a peek at The 10 best NSFW mods ever made and, for Skyrim fans, All the best NSFW Skyrim mods and where to get them.
Immersive Attire Fix mod
We start out with the only mod that is (fairly) suitable for work, although that may depend on what baseball team your boss supports. The immersive attire mod fixes Bethesda’s glaring omission of Red Sox-emblazoned underwear within in the game; it is Boston, after all.
As well as undergarments featuring the local baseball team, the mod creators also lets player characters (both male and female) adorn some fancy underwear, rather than the grubby panties and bras the base game offers up. These include Vault 111 standard issue panties and bra, some magic rainbow unicorn underwear for the men, and a variety of camo designs.
You can download the immersive attire fix here.
Fallout 4 full nude mod
It’s at this point where we quickly move from softcore to hardcore with the Fallout 4 full nude mod. Basically, this is a texture mod that strips the female characters in the game down to their birthday suits when players remove all their clothing/armor.
The mod’s very biologically accurate, and the fact that the woman are walking around butt-naked while still sporting their pip boys adds an extra layer of humor/depravity.
You can download the Fallout 4 nude mod here. In order to so, however, you have to sign up (for free) to the Nexusmods site.
Glorious female nude mod
Quite similar to the previous full nude mod, the fantastically titled Glorious female nude mod looks a lot more.. detailed.. than its counterpart. Again, it replaces the game’s original ‘no clothes’ texture to let players see what women in the wasteland, including the raiders, look like without any attire.
Brilliantly (or horribly, depending on your point of view) it’s possible to download additional files with this mod that adds pubic hair to the ladies' nether regions. Who’s got time for landscaping when there are Deathclaws constantly trying to kill you?
You can download the Glorious female nude mod here. It’s over 18 only, obviously, so you’ll need to register first.
Transparent Bra mod
If you prefer your mods to be less full-on porn and little more TITillating *sigh*, then perhaps you should check out the Transparent Bra mod. As the name suggests, this simple modification turns all the Fallout 4 women's bras into the see-through variety.
It may only be a subtle change but, like most of these mods, using it will probably still make you feel slightly dirty.
You can download the Transparent Bra mod here.
Nude armor replacer mod
We finally reach a nude mod that adds a bit of variation to the ‘naked female’ format. The nude armor replacer cleverly turns the standard vault suit into a naked female body, meaning that when you equip armor over the top of the vault suit, the character still looks totally nude underneath.
The good thing about this mod is that you can add in-game modifications to the vault suit and keep all associated bonuses while still appearing naked. The creator says he may expand the mod to include other under-armor clothing, such as the Dirty Army Fatigues, at a later date.
It’s been pointed out that every female character in the game who is wearing the same modded under-armor will also appear naked, thus turning the Wasteland into the sexiest post-apocalyptic nightmare you ever did see.
You can download the nude armor replacer here.
The Fapboy mod
Not every sexy mod involves getting Fallout 4’s (female) characters naked. The amazingly titled ‘The Fapboy,’ for example, makes trying to decide what are the best armor combinations all the more difficult by adding some distracting images to the Pip-Boy’s background.
While not exactly pornographic, a couple of the pictures show enough flesh to warrant this being an 18+ only mod.
You can download The Fapboy here.
Atom Boy Pinup Pip-Boy Wallpapers mod
Here we have another mod that alters the background of the Pip-Boy, except this one manages to keep the game’s '50s Americana theme. There are 18 images of bombshells from the '40s to '60s to pick from, and if you find this kind of thing distasteful then you’ll be happy to know that only one of the pictures could be considered mildly x-rated (the one above, naturally).
If you’re into burlesque, early-era pinups, or you prefer your mods to lean more toward ‘artistic’ nudity, rather than ‘seedy,’ then you should get the Atom Boy Pinup Pip-Boy Wallpapers here.
Topless Pink Victoria Secret Panties mod
Topless Pink Victoria Secret Panties is a bit of an amalgamation of a nude mod and a underwear-altering mod, which means it could basically be defined as topless modification. As the creator so eloquently puts it, not every mod needs to have women running around “with their snatch out.”
The whole things gets a touch of *cough* class added to it by letting users pick various Victoria Secret panties for the female characters, several of which are emblazoned with slogans such as Hard to get, I love you, Let’s party, Love and Naughty not nice. Because when a ghoul is eating your corpse, you don’t want to be caught wearing cheap underwear.
You can download the Topless Pink Victoria Secret Panties mod here.
Male nude Pipboy background mod
In the interest of fairness, and the fact that virtually every other mod involves women, we finish up with a Pip-Boy background mod that showcases the male genitalia. The image shows a man doing a pretty piss-poor job of hiding his junk. If that’s not graphic enough for you then there’s a second image of his back, sack and crack that’s so detailed you can see what he had for lunch.
You can download the Male Pipboy background here.
What does the future hold for Fallout 4 mods? More filth!
While there’s not exactly a lot of variation in the type of NSFW Fallout 4 mods available, it's worth remembering that the game’s not even been out a fortnight. There’s no doubt that over the coming months we’ll soon start to see an ever-increasing number of ways to bring sex, nudity, and ghoul-on-human lovemaking to the Wasteland.

Cheat Codes
While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Note: You may first need to change your keyboard layout to 'US' to use this function. Then, type one of the following codes and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function:
This glitch allows you to duplicate anything you can drop from your inventory. It also lets you get unlimited S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points (attribute points) to max out all your special skills (strength, perception, etc.) by duplicating the 'You're Special!' magazine. The 'You're Special!' magazine can be found inside your old house in Sanctuary, on the floor in Shaun's room. This basically gives you unlimited everything: infinite weapons, ammo, mini-nukes, fusion cores, attribute points, junk items, and even money when you resell all this stuff. To duplicate items, drop the item you want to duplicate from your inventory (so it is sitting on the ground). Command your dog companion (Dogmeat) to fetch it. Pick it up at the exact same time when he is lowering his head to pick it up. If done correctly, one copy will be placed in your inventory, while Dogmeat drops another after 2-3 seconds. Repeat this as many times as desired. If you are having any trouble duplicating items, first send Dogmeat away before commanding him to pick up the item to ensure you are able to do it correctly. Note: This glitch was performed on an unpatched version of the game. It will probably eventually get patched. To avoid not being able to use this exploit, either do not install new patches before using this exploit or delete the patches. You can avoid patches being installed by disconnecting from the internet until you are ready for the game to install new patches.
Infinite caps and items
This glitch works after the 1.02 patch. Talk to Honest Dan (outside the yellow house) in Covenant to start the 'Human Error' quest. Play through the quest until you meet with Dr. Chambers and reject her offer. Free the girl (part of quest; use terminal to open her cell). Next, talk to Honest Dan one time (only engage in the first set of dialogue options), and then walk away from him. Do not engage in the second set of dialogue options, as this will end the quest and render the exploit useless. Keep talking to him to get 300 caps every time. Repeat this as many times as desired. You can get 1,800 caps per minute/108,000 caps per hour. That is an even quicker way to get caps compared to the other caps exploit. Note: Create a backup saved game before doing this, just in case something goes wrong (e.g. Honest Dan dies, accepting Dr. Chamber's offer turns Dan hostile, or you finish the quest by accident).
Find a vendor with any type of ammo. Choose to buy all rounds of one ammo type (you may need to choose the top ammo selection) from the vendor, but do not confirm the trade. Sell back only 1 of the rounds you just bought, but again do not confirm the trade. Then, sell back all remaining rounds and confirm the trade. The one round of ammo will glitch and stay with you. Keep selling it back to the vendor until the vendor's caps are depleted. Next, keep buying back all of the vendor's rounds. Finally, buy any items desired from the vendor and accept the trade. You can then sleep for 24 hours and the vendor will have all their caps back. Repeat this process as many times as desired. Note: This glitch was performed on an unpatched version of the game. It does not work after the 1.02 patch. To avoid not being able to use this exploit, either do not install new patches before using this exploit or delete the patches. You can avoid patches being installed by disconnecting from the internet until you are ready for the game to install new patches.
Find a vendor with any type of ammo. Buy all rounds of any type of ammo so it gets sent to your side of the screen during the transaction, but do not actually confirm to purchase the ammo. Click on the ammo that is now on your side of the transaction screen, and choose to give 1 ammo back to the vendor. Repeat the above, but this time give all the rest of the ammo back (with different ammo). Send all of the original ammo back to the vendor as well. If done correctly, you will still have 1 of the ammo on your side of the transaction screen that you can infinitely click on to get all of the vendor's caps. After selecting your single infinite ammo, you can purchase all of the additional ammo that the Barter has created from this process. Do this repeatedly to get unlimited caps much faster. This works with ammo, and if the vendor only has one type of ammo, it works with anything as a substitute for the second ammo, as long as you take all of the second item from the vendor.
Infinite XP
First, join the Brotherhood Of Steel, which can be done immediately after the game starts. You can join by going to Cambridge Police Station or just following the main story. Either way triggers the 'Reveille' and 'Fire Support' quests. Follow the Brotherhood's quest line until they make you a member. Then, complete their 'Tour Of Duty' quest, where you will meet everyone on the airship. Next, make sure to have a high-damage Sniper Rifle with a long-range scope (should be 50+ damage, which can be bought from vendors in Diamond City or Bunker Hill). After joining the Brotherhood Of Steel, travel to Prydwen (their airship headquarters), and talk to Proctor Quinlan. Choose to assist on a patrol, and he will give you the 'Learning Curve' quest. After activating the quest, go to the deck of the airship. Make sure to set the difficulty to Very Easy. Instead of doing the quest the normal way, you can shoot the Brotherhood ally you are supposed to protect right from the airship, and it will end the quest. He dies with 1-4 headshots on the Very Easy difficulty. After killing your ally, the quest immediately ends, but you still get to keep the reward for the quest. Make sure you crouch and are 'hidden' before firing a shot and remain hidden before taking a single step or the guards will kill you since you have just killed one of their members below. Then, return to the quest giver for your XP. He will give you the exact same quest again. Repeat this as many times as desired. Each run takes approximately 90 seconds with loading times if you can kill the target in one hit (use strong .50 caliber sniper rifle). If your Intelligence level is at 11, you will get approximately 419 XP for completing the quest, plus 42XP for killing the target. That is 461 XP in 90 seconds or 3,073 XP in 10 minutes if all goes smoothly. Even with less Intelligence, you can still easily score around 2,500 XP in 10 minutes. Use this method to quickly reach Level 50 and get the 'Legend Of The Wastes' achievement.
Infinite fusion cores
First, join the Brotherhood Of Steel, which can be done immediately after the game starts. You can join by going to Cambridge Police Station or just following the main story. Either way triggers the 'Reveille' and 'Fire Support' quests. Follow the Brotherhood's quest line until they make you a member. Then, complete their 'Tour Of Duty' quest, where you will meet everyone on the airship. You can then pickpocket a fusion core (make sure you do not get caught) from one the Knights inside The Prydwen (their airship headquarters). Make sure to do this in a secluded area. Once you pickpocket the fusion core from the Knight, he or she will come out of the powersuit, replenish their fusion core, and re-enter the powersuit. Once they are inside their powersuit again, pickpocket the fusion core again. Repeat this process as many times as desired. Note: Quicksave after each successful attempt, just in case you get caught.
Infinite lock XP
Find a safe that can be picked that also has a nearby terminal that can be hacked. Pick the safe, then hack the terminal to relock the safe. Pick the safe again, use the hacked terminal, then relock the safe. Repeat this process as many times as desired to earn lock XP each time. You will also gain affinity with companions Piper, Cait, and Deacon as long as the safe is unowned.
Infinite inventory space (no weight limit)
To get unlimited inventory space for your companion, instead of trading with your companion, simply command them to pick up the item for you. Companions will never be overburdened using this trick. If your own inventory is too full, just drop some heavy objects on the ground and have your companion pick them up. This is especially helpful when you find some good loot but cannot carry more weight, or if you do not want to burden yourself with heavy weapons. This trick allows you to always bring some mini-nuke launchers (Fat Mans), rocket launchers, and mini-guns to fights without having to worry about their weight.
Infinite settlement size
While at a settlement, drop all your extra weapons on the ground. Enter workshop mode, and click to store those weapons in your workbench. This will cause the game to think it has more space and you will see your size actually drop. Then, go back to your workbench and add them back to your personal inventory, and repeat this process until you have enough space to build more.
Flamethrower does not use ammo
Enter VATS with a flamethrower, select a target, and activate it. While shooting it, hold [Fire] and exit it while still holding [Fire] to shoot without using ammo.
Easy Cryolator weapon early in game
Once you have Dogmeat as your companion, which will be within the first 45 minutes of starting the game, go to Vault 111 and take the elevator down. Once the elevator opens, proceed forward and through the 'Exit Zone' door. Proceed forward through the hallway until you reach the first open door on the right. Enter that room, and go to the small room on the left, with the door open. There is a Cryolator Case on the wall. Normally, you would need to be at least Level 18 and have the Master Lockpick perk to open the case. Instead, call your dog over to the small room with the Cryolator, then select 'Talk', 'Fetch', and 'Items' to get Dogmeat to fetch the Cryolator from the case. Next, go up to Dogmeat and select 'Command', 'Stay', and 'Trade' to get 200 Cryo Cell for the weapon. You can easily get more ammo for the gun from vendors by using the 'Infinite caps and items' glitch. The Cryolator is a submachine gun with good range that freezes enemies and inflicts a lot of damage. The stats for it are 20 damage, 90 fire rate, 71 range, 66 accuracy, 13.2 weight, and 302 value. It is considered one of the best weapons in the game.
Secret Alien Blaster Pistol
Fast travel to Oberland Station (under the bend of the river), which is a good distance southeast of Sanctuary. Once you are in Oberland, head directly east until you see a downed UFO on fire. There will be some green alien blood near the crashed UFO. Follow the trail of green blood up the small hill and down off the cliff and into the nearby cave. Enter the cave and kill the alien. Then, collect the Alien Blaster Pistol and the ammo for it on the body of the alien. The alien will have between 400 and 550 rounds of ammo for the weapon. Its stats are 70 damage, 100 fire rate, 149 range, 73 accuracy, 2.5 weight, and 1551 value. You can take the weapon to a workbench and modify the Barrel, Grip, Mag, and Sights. Since there is no other known way to obtain ammo for this weapon, you can change the Mag on it so it uses Fusion Cells. Note: The weapon damage will decrease by two points when changing the Mag to Fusion Cells.
X-01 Power Armor (full set) location
To find the full set of X-01 Power Armor, you must be Level 28+. It is located in the 35 Court (green) building, just south of Custom House Tower. Once inside the building, take the elevator up. Exit the elevator, and go right and proceed up to the next level. You will then encounter the Sentry Bot. Destroy the Sentry Bot, then press the button in the two doors that opened to open the door with the Power Armor, in the middle of the room. You can upgrade it up to 'Mk. VI' at any Power Armor station, which will further increase the armor rating. X-01 is the strongest set of Power Armor in the game. You are guaranteed to get the full set at this location if you are Level 28 or higher. If you are under Level 28, you will find a weaker armor such as the T-45. Thus, do not go there before reaching Level 28.

Search the indicated locations to find all 20 Bobbleheads. Collect all 20 Bobbleheads to get the 'They're Action Figures' and 'They're Not Dolls' achievements. Each of these collectibles also gives you a new perk or increases one of your special skills. None of them are missable. Some require you to have completed certain quests, but you can still go back to all areas later. In your inventory under the 'Misc' option, you can view exactly which ones you have found. Each Bobblehead has its own name, making it easy to keep track of them.
Fusion cores are needed to use Power Armor. The video below shows how to easily find 10 fusion cores early in the game. You can start collecting these right when the game starts. You can also buy them from vendors (for example, each fusion core costs approximately 500 caps in Diamond City).
Easy Power Armor early in game
There are four different Power Armor types: T-45, T-51, T-60, X-01. The video below shows how to easily find some of them early in the game. The type of armor you get depends on your character level. If you are only Level 5, chances are you will get T-45 parts, which are the weakest. If you are Level 50, you probably will get T-60 and X-01 armor. However, it is slightly random what armor type you will find in each area. Save the game before collecting parts. If you do not like the part you get, load the saved game to see if you get a different part next time. Most of the parts already have fusion cores installed. Thus, if you simply want a fusion core, you can check these locations and extract it from the Power Armor. Upgrades can be made at Power Armor stations to further improve the armor rating. Some of them require an upgraded Hacker perk for Advanced and Expert terminals. You can go to all these locations immediately when the game begins. Note: There are more armor locations than shown in the video below. Even enemies wear them, and you can loot it. There are many ways to obtain new parts, but these are just the easiest locations to get them early in the game.

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding paint for the listed Power Armor:
Each Power Armor part has specific stats. Note: Raider Power Armor does not support jet-pack or stealth-boy mods.

Companions
After getting a companion to like you well enough, you will earn a bonus perk. Note: Dogmeat's perks are already unlocked in the Charisma tree. To increase your relationship level, travel with a companion more often and do not perform actions that they do not like. Send them away before you have to complete actions that are objectionable. However, they can see you through walls and windows. After reaching maximum relationship level, you will have a final dialogue option before earning their special perk. To increase your chances, save the game before making the final dialogue choice.
Codsworth
Deacon
Dogmeat
Nick Valentine
Strong
X6-88
Some companions can also become romantic interests. To start a romance, you must reach the maximum relationship with a companion, start a conversation, and choose 'Romance'. Having a high Luck and Charisma will help. If successful, you will earn their special perk and can also trigger 'Lover's Embrace' by sleeping with your romantic interest to get a temporary experience point bonus. Note: To increase your relationship level, travel with a companion more often and do not perform actions that they do not like. Send them away before you have to complete actions that are objectionable. However, they can see you through walls and windows.

Unlock a settlement's workshop to gain control of it and influence it. Successfully complete the indicated task for the listed settlement to use it:
The listed issues of the following magazines can be collected to gain the indicated bonus:
Traders can be found at the following locations:
Go to the indicated locations to fight five Behemoths or Mirelurk Queens. They are the strongest enemies in the game and drop some rare loot. Bring a mini-nuke launcher (Fat Man) or rocket launcher and wear Power Armor. Otherwise, they may one-hit kill you if you are underleveled. These Bosses do not respawn. You will also encounter some of them during quests. As long as you land the final shot, it will count towards the '..The Harder They Fall' achievement.
Skip introduction sequence
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the 'Fallout4.ini' and 'Fallout4Prefs.ini' files in the 'Users[username]DocumentsMy GamesFallout4 ' directory. Find the [General] section and add the line 'SIntroSequence=1' in both files.
Surviving long falls
Save the game just before hitting the ground after falling from a fatal height. Then, load the saved to land safely on the ground.
Repairing, upgrading, and painting Power Armor
Power Armor provides a lot of protection and makes the game much easier. However, the armor breaks after a while and you will have to repair it at one of the Power Armor stations. The first station is found in Sanctuary. Repairs only cost steel, which is easy to come by. You have to go there while inside your Power Armor and put it near the station. Going there without your armor does nothing. Painting it in new colors does not just change the look, but it also provides bonuses such as increased charisma or perception. Upgrading it obviously increases the armor rating, but requires the Science and Armorer perks.
Completing 'Road To Freedom' quest
The 'Road To Freedom' quest is required to find and join the Railroad faction and progress in 'The Molecular Level' main quest. You will get the 'Tradecraft' achievement for joining the Railroad faction. This quest can be tricky due to the lack of waypoints and map markers. The quest can be started by either overhearing people in Diamond City Market or by progressing in 'The Molecular Level' main quest. To overhear people talking about it (may need to be done at night), when you enter Diamond City Market, take the far left path to 'Third Detective', then turn right to find a guy welding and talking to another guy about the Railroad. The first waypoint at Park Street Station will be displayed on your map. Normally the quest tells you to follow some lanterns and pick up password pieces along the way, but you can skip those tasks, unless you want the waypoint to Old North Church to appear on the map. Otherwise, just head directly to Old North Church, in the northeast. Go to the basement and locate the crest that says 'Boston: The Freedom Trail'. Use the 'Freedom Trail Ring' to enter the password 'Railroad' to get in. To actually join the Railroad faction, you must complete the 'Tradecraft' follow-up quest. The quest is given to you by Deacon after your first talk with the Railroad leader.
Accessing 'Far Harbor' DLC
You must have completed the 'Getting A Clue' main quest line (early story mission) to start the 'Far Harbor' DLC. There are no specific level requirements. Once you have completed this main quest and downloaded the 'Far Harbor' DLC, go to the northeastern corner of the map. There is a new area available called 'Nakano Residence'. You will meet parents looking for their missing daughter in this area. Talk to them and get the daughter's last holotape from the safe in the boathouse. There is a key to the safe in the picture frame near the safe. Talk to the parents again and they will offer you their boat. Accept the offer, then climb into the boat to reach the 'Far Harbor' DLC area and get the 'Far From Home' achievement.
All Islander's Almanac magazine locations and bonuses ('Far Harbor' DLC)
Search the indicated locations after reaching Acadia in the 'Far Harbor' DLC to find all five Islander's Almanac magazines and get 'The Islander's Almanac' achievement. Collect the indicated magazine to gain the corresponding effect:
Find the Rock Point Camp area. Search this area to find Holotapes showing a man named 'Bray Husky' giving instructions to three other men named 'Rowan', 'Braun', and 'Luke'. The names of the members of the WWE Wyatt family are Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan, Braun Strowman, and Luke Harper. Additionally, Bray Wyatt's original name was Husky Harris.
Easy 'Benevolent Leader' achievement
To reach Maximum Happiness in a large settlement, choose Sanctuary, as it is a large settlement. Get your Charisma rank to 10 to bring in 20 settlers (it works with fewer people and less charisma, but it will go faster with more people). Have 20+ beds inside buildings, 20+ water, 20+ food, 140+ defense, 20+ surgery centers (tier 3 clinics). The key is to build the tier 3 clinics. Each one costs 1,800 bottle caps (use the 'Infinite caps and items' glitch to make it easier), but they give by far the biggest boost to your settlement's happiness. Building tier 1 and 2 clinics will not be enough, as you will get stuck at 94 happiness or so. Assign 3-4 people to food production -- so your food status is not shown in red. Assign everyone else to work at the Surgery Centers. Every single person in your settlement must be working. Only build turrets for defense. Do not build guard posts that require people, as you need them in the clinics. Once you have everything set up, just stay at your settlement until happiness reaches 100 to get the 'Benevolent Leader' achievement. It takes between 2 and 10 hours of real time. Make sure to not leave your settlement, as leaving the settlement sometimes randomly decreases happiness. It goes a little bit quicker if you sleep for 24 hours, then wait a few minutes until happiness increases and sleep again. But sleeping is optional, as you can simply leave the game running if you want. Also, make sure there is not a warning sign behind any of the settlement stats in the workshop section of your Pip-Boy.
Upgrade the 'Local Leader' perk to the second level and build stores such as bars, clothing shops, or clinics to increase happiness. This is the only thing that will increase the satisfaction of the settlers. Build as many of those stores as possible. Do not build weapon, armor, or general traders buildings.
Easy 'Future Retro' achievement
Holotape games can be played at Recreation Terminals. There is one at the beginning of the game, when you enter Vault 111. It is in the kitchen on the lower floor. You can either pick it up when you first visit the vault, or return later at any time. As soon as you start the Holotape Game, you will get the 'Future Retro' achievement. You do not have to complete it. You can collect the Holotape games from terminals to play them later in your Pip-Boy.
Easy 'Homerun!' achievement
This can be done in Diamond City Market. You will reach Diamond City in the first few hours of progression in the main quest. There are four markers/plates on the ground. You need to walk over all of them in the correct order. When you enter the Diamond City Market, walk straight forward and over the first plate with a diamond on it next to a blue board. Next, walk to the right and stay to the left and go up a few steps to find the next plate with a 'I' on it. Continue along the path to find another plate with a 'II' on it. Continue further along the path to find another plate with a 'III' on it. Finally, take the path left to return back to the first plate. Walk over all of these plates in that order to get the 'Homerun!' achievement.
Easy 'Just Add Saltwater' achievement ('Far Harbor' DLC)
Kill an Angler, Gulper, Fog Crawler, or Hermit Crab and harvest their meat. Find a cooking station or build one at a settlement. Note: The Fog Crawler and Gulper recipes require more ingredients, but the Angler meat and Hermit Crab meat is all that is required for those receipies. The recipes are already at the cooking station. Select one of them and complete it to get the 'Just Add Saltwater' achievement.
Easy 'Lovable' achievement
Recruit Dogmeat and any companion that likes when you heal Dogmeat, such as Curie. Send Dogmeat to a settlement with low population, such as The Red Rocket. Set Curie to be your active companion. Have a high power shotgun or rifle, a lot of ammunition, and about 100 Stimpacks. Fast travel to Dogmeat's settlement. Note: If the settlement is populated, use commands to direct Dogmeat to the far edge of it. Shoot Dogmeat's legs until he requires healing. Heal Dogmeat with your Stimpacks. Continue cycling between shooting and healing Dogmeat and pausing to speak with Curie when needed to boost your relationship. Repeat this as much as desired.
Easy 'Mass Production' achievement ('Contraptions Workshop' DLC)
Create a standard builder (junk machine), and link a storage conveyor to the end of it. Then, link it with power and a terminal. Note: The Hacker perk is required. Have the machine make Vault Tec Lunchboxes because it only requires 3 Steel. If you do not have the required 300 Steel, purchase shipments from Diamond City Surplus, which stocks them in batches of four. Once you load the machine, it will begin production immediately. Speeding the process by sleeping or waiting will not work. It should require about ten minutes to complete 100 lunchboxes.
Easy 'Mercenary' achievement
You can quickly farm 50 miscellaneous objectives using a simple trick. While you are on good terms with the Brotherhood Of Steel and have completed their 'Show No Mercy' quest, buy all Vertibird Signal Grenades from Proctor Teagan (available after completing the 'Show No Mercy' quest) in The Prydwen (their airship headquarters). Next, sit in a chair at the bar and wait 48 hours to refresh his stock. Repeat this until you have 50 Vertibird Signal Grenades. Then, go to an area outside and throw a Vertibird Signal Grenade and wait for the Vertibird to appear. When it arrives, board the Vertibird and immediately exit it to complete a misc objective. Fast travel to a new area and repeat this until you get the 'Mercenary' achievement. You can check your progress anytime in the Pip-Boy under 'Stats' - 'Quest'.
Miscellaneous objectives are found by talking to shop owners in the commonwealth (Diamond City, Goodneighbor, Atomic Cats Garage, Bunker Hill, The Slog, etc.). Others can be randomly obtained after joining the Minutemen, getting some settlements, and defending them. Purchase a house in Diamond City for 2,000 caps after talking to the Mayor's secretary to get another miscellaneous objective to visit that house. Also, talk to the secretary and choose the 'Job' option to get a miscellaneous objective to find the wanted board. The wanted board then has additional miscellaneous objectives on it.
Easy 'Prankster's Return' achievement
First, buy the Pickpocket Perk (Rank 2) in the Perception skill tree. Rank 2 of this perk allows you to place a live grenade in someones inventory and increases the chance of success by 50%. You can find or buy grenades. For example, several merchants in Diamond City Market sell fragmentation grenades. You will reach Diamond City in the first few hours of progression in the main quest. Once you have the grenade and perk, enter sneaking mode and approach someone from behind, then select the mine from your weapons to place it on the other person. The mine will explode and you will get the 'Prankster's Return' achievement. Make sure you create a manual save game before doing this so you can reload it to get your skill points back.
Easy 'Push Back The Fog' achievement ('Far Harbor' DLC)
Fallout 4 Relic Space Marine
To get the 'Push Back The Fog' achievement, must unlock three settlements. There is a workshop in each settlement. You have to do quests for all of them. The workshop cannot be used until you have completed the necessary quests. The three easiest are:
1. Longfellow's Cabin: Play the 'Walk In The Park' quest. It starts by talking to Longfellow in the bar of Far Harbor. Go with him to Acadia, then you can visit the settlement just north of Far Harbor.
2. Dalton Farm: Play the 'Blood Tide' quest line. It starts by talking to Cassie outside the bar of Far Harbor. Successfully complete all her quests to unlock the settlement.
3. National Park Visitor's Center: Play the 'Rite Of Passage' quest. It starts by talking to Teddy in Far Harbor. It becomes available after doing the above quests. After completing this quest, enter the Far Harbor bar and talk to Mitch. He will give you 'The Hold Out' quest. Successfully complete the quest to get the 'Push Back The Fog' achievement.
There are more settlements than this, but these are just the three easiest to get early. You can start doing these as soon as you reach Far Harbor.
Easy 'Rockets' Red Glare' achievement
To get the 'Rockets' Red Glare' achievement, you must complete the quest line for the Railroad faction. This starts with 'Road To Freedom', 'Tradecraft', 'Underground Undercover' (requires you to use Railroad in the 'Molecular Level' main story mission), 'Operation Ticonderoga', 'Precipice Of War', and finally 'Rockets' Red Glare'.
Easy 'Show Off' achievement ('Contraptions Workshop' DLC)
To find the new displays, open the 'Workshop' menu and choose 'Decoration', then 'Displays'. Then, complete the following tasks to get the 'Show Off' achievement:
Fallout 4 Mod Websites
Armor: Build a male or female armor stand and transfer some armor (for example, the Grognak costume) and equip it.
Power Armor: Build it, then attach a wire from a power generator (requires 1 energy). Walk close to the display, leave the armor, and interact with the built display.
Weapon: Build a wall weapon rack and transfer a weapon. Note: You can only place one weapon per rack. Transferring a second weapon will return the first one to your inventory.
Build a pillory (under 'Resources', then 'Miscellaneous'). Select a settler and assign him to the pillory to get the 'Time Out' achievement. You can then reassign him to other work.
Easy 'Touchdown!' achievement
To get the 'Touchdown!' achievement, you must get killed by a 'Super Mutant Suicider'. They spawn in many parts of the Commonwealth. You are likely to get this achievement without even trying while progressing through the game. They are easy to spot because they have a red, blinking bomb with them. They come running towards you and blow themselves up. There is one in a train wreck in the south of the map, between Somerville Place and Hyde Park.
Easy 'Underground Undercover' achievement
To get the 'Underground Undercover' achievement, complete the quest line for the Railroad faction until completing the 'Underground Undercover' quest. This starts with 'Road To Freedom', 'Tradecraft', and then 'Underground Undercover', which requires you to use Railroad in the 'Molecular Level' main story mission.
Easy 'Wasteland D.I.Y.' achievement
Crafting weapons mods or settlement objects do not qualify for the 'Wasteland D.I.Y.' achievement. Collect dirty water and combine three of them into pure water at a cooking station. Combining drugs does qualify. For example, combine Jet and Psycho to create Psycho Jet at a chemistry station.
